Booking, cancellation, and session policy

Booking and payment

Full payment is required when booking an appointment. An appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment are not eligible for a refund. Missed appointments, or appointments where access cannot be provided, are not eligible for a refund where permitted by law.

Duplicate payments are fully refunded. If Massage By S & S is unable to provide the booked service, a full refund is issued.

Appointment access

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate address and safe, reasonable access to the appointment location, including relevant parking and building information.

Pets

Please put pets away in a secure area, separate from the treatment space, before your therapist arrives. Keep pets secured for the duration of the appointment.

Massage for minors

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before a minor receives massage and must be present to supervise throughout the session.

Professional boundaries

Massage & Bodywork On Wheels maintains strict professional boundaries. Inappropriate conduct, sexual requests, and harassment are not tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary.

Applicable law

These policies are governed by applicable federal, New York State, and local law.
